I thing that I have learned during my business operations is that it is difficult to find a reliable computer service. Chicago is a large city with numerous businesses, so finding the right company is somewhat like trial and error.

My most recent search occurred during the holidays and I was in desperate need of a computer service. Chicago was covered in snow, so even if any business was open, I was not sure if I could receive any assistance with my server during this awkward time.

I called the company that I usually used for my tech support, and I expected to hear a voicemail saying they were closed for the holidays.

To my surprise, the phone was answered by a technician. He asked what the problem with my server was, and I explained as best as I could what the problem was. He was experienced with this issue, so he tried to walk me through the steps necessary to fix my server.

I am not very computer savvy, so I was not sure if I would be able to fix the machine even with his help. He did a great job of walking me through the steps necessary to fix my machine.

Once I explained that I had no idea what a DHCP server was, he laughed and informed me of what it did, and how it was an important part of my small business network.

I tried to follow his steps, but despite his patience, I was not able to correct the problem.

To my surprise, he asked for my address and said he was on his way to try and fix the server. Like I had said, the weather was not good, so I was surprised to hear that he would be traveling to my store.

Once he arrived, he was eager to fix the problem with my network. He showed me what he was doing and explained the process to me in a way that helped me understand what was going on.

He pointed out various steps that I must not have performed correctly as I was listening to his instructions over the phone. He showed me exactly what he did and explained how I could prevent this issue in the future.

I was amazed with his expertise and overall professionalism. I was glad that I had chosen this it support. Chicago was lucky to have such a respectable company available to its businesses.
