My small business is open seven days a week, so for me there is almost never any time to rest.
I am usually stuck with work all of the time, so when I have any issues with my network, sometimes it is difficult to find reliable computer services. Chicago firms are great during Monday to Friday, but it is difficult to find a company that is open at all during the weekends. For a business like mine, there is no telling when I am going to experience a network crash or some other sort of bug.
Because of this, I need to find reliable computer services. Chicago is a competitive market, so those companies that do offer assistance on the weekends are great to work with.
One previous weekend, I found myself with a significant network error that needed to be fixed. I had no idea what to do, so I went online and found about ten different companies that could help me. As I was calling these companies, I soon found that most of them were not open on the weekends.
This was not good for me to hear because I could not continue business operations without my network. I had one last number to call, and I hoped that it would work out for me.
Thankfully, instead of a recording, a technician answered the phone. He asked me to describe the error messages that I was getting, and he offered to walk me through the process to fix my network. Of course I was willing to try and fix it over the phone, so I listened diligently to his instructions.
I was not that great with computers, but with the technicians help, I was able to go through the process of fixing my computer on my own.
He explained each step in great detail, so it was not difficult to follow along at all. I was surprised that I was able to actually perform the tasks that he told me to do. Because of his help, I was able to fix the system on my own, and now I know the steps necessary to fix such a problem in the future.
It was great that they were able to offer these computer services. Chicago businesses are in luck that this service is available to them. I have made an effort to inform all of my colleagues about this opportunity.
