It does my head in I have the UAC turned on at the moment. But the problem is this, when I click on a programs install/setup file, the computer does nothing for about 20-30 seconds, then the UAC pops up, then it waits again and then the installer starts. I’ve noticed this on every installation i’ve done, whether its OpenOffice, Ccleaner or any other application, it takes ages!! Its sometimes slow to load programs also. I’ve scanned my computer for viruses and had none found, I use Kaspersky as my anti virus software. Had anyone else had problems?
