I have a small business that is in operation twenty four hours a day and it is open seven days a week. Because of this, I can encounter problems at any time of day.

This is difficult to deal with because I usually encounter numerous small business network issues at odd hours.

After one of these episodes, I made a commitment to find a company that could offer computer support. Chicago had numerous options available to me, so I just need to find my company that offered computer support. Chicago support companies had a great reputation, so I was hoping that I could find one of these great support companies.

During one of my searches, I found a company that looked like it could help me with my computer needs.

They did not offer assistance at all hours, but it looked like they had extended night and weekend hours in order to help businesses like mine. I gave them a call after normal business hours.

I expected to leave a voicemail and hear back in the morning, but I was wrong. After two rings, the phone was answered by a technician. He asked me what the issue was, and offered to walk me through the fix.

If we could not fix it, he offered to drive down to my store that night and fix my machine.

I was stunned because this was close to nine pm. I had never heard of a company willing to have employees assist businesses that late. I was astounded, but I decided to try and get my system fixed while I had the help.

The technician was extremely patient and he helped teach me while he was walking me through the fix. This was extremely rewarding because it would help prevent me from needing their help in the future if a similar problem occurred.

Once I finally solved my computer issue, I was relieved. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, and with his help, I was able to get my system up and running in no time at all.

I was able to do the fix myself, so there was an extra sense of pride for my accomplishment.

I now recommend this company to anyone that I know if facing issues with their computers because this is a great company with their computer support. Chicago businesses are lucky to have a company of this caliber providing services to them.
