Low Cost Chicago IT Support

I was recently facing a money crunch at my small business. Because the funds I needed for my daily operations were not coming in, I had to release some of my staff. One of my highest paid members that I had to release was also in charge of providing the technical support for my small business network.

Fast Acting Chicago IT Services

If you have ever faced a harsh economy, then you know that a small business needs all the help it can get during poor economic times.

If I could restart my small business from day one and regain all of my experience, I could save thousands of dollars and have my business be twice as large as it currently is. Sadly, I cannot do that but I can take what I have learned and help my business grow.

One of the weakest areas of my business until lately has been my small business network. I had tried to install my server software on my own, and thought I had a finished product. Little did I know that I left my server vulnerable to hackers and because of my inexperience in the field.

Reliable Chicago Computing Services

For any small business in today’s economy, finding services and goods for low costs is the best way to go. We cannot afford to have any expenses that do not benefit the company.

Of course, I did not realize this when I first started my business. I was going through the process of finding a reliable chicago computing services company to set up my small business network.

I had researched various chicago computing services companies, and each had its positive and negatives. I was not sure which company to choose because I did not know anyone who could help me with my selection process.

I ended up selecting a company that claimed they were the best in the city. I was not sure if they actually were the best, but I felt it was worth the risk. I soon found that I was sorely mistaken.

The firm provided horrible customer support and charged me for unnecessary things. There were abnormal expenses for when I would call their number and ask for help. I could understand a small fee for customer service, but some of their prices were ridiculous.

On top of that, their technicians were not very good at what they did. I had to continuously call them back to my business in order to fix something that they should not have ignored.

I could not believe that I was in such a bad situation. I quickly terminated my contract with that company, and I found a company that a friend of mine had recommended. I was not sure if my experience with them would be any better, but I knew it could not be any worse.

Trustworthy Chicago Computer Support

If you run any small business, odds are you have a lot of information that needs to stay secure.

Clients’ credit card information, addresses, and sometimes social security numbers are all things that need to be secure. For me, I set up a secure small business network in order to keep my clients’ information safe from hackers or other outside sources.

Of course, I hired an outside firm to establish this network. My only concern was whether I could trust this chicago computer support company with access to my private business information.

With a new operating system available to homes and businesses, I needed assistance to safely upgrade my systems.

I was not sure if my server would support the newer operating system, and I was afraid my software would not be able to support the newer technology. I had a limited experience in this field, so I contacted my Chicago computer support company to inquire about possible complications with the upgrade.

Reliable Chicago IT Support

One of the most annoying things I have had to do in the past is wait on the phone for technical service from my IT firm.

I had been doing business with them for years, but it seems that they are charging more money and offering less customer service. For a small business owner, this is a great waste of time, and it keeps me from finding ways to make my business grow.

While I am waiting for the Chicago IT support to come help me, my business has to operate off of pencil and paper because I can no longer print invoices.
