Sadly, the same situation occurred. In this instance, the young technician somehow found a way to force one of my workstations to crash because it could no longer speak to the server. Luckily, one of my customers said he could help as he was also a technician.

He was able to fix my workstation and he corrected the numerous errors the younger technician had made. I immediately terminated my contract with the younger technician and hired the more experienced one.
