We absolutely make hadware and software recommendations to our clients and stand by them. We will provide you with an estimate on equipment cost and service costs involved. When you purchase hardware or software based on our recommendations, you will not pay a dime for our services until it is installed and functioning the way we said it would for the amount of money we estimated. We will also happily handle the ordering of all equipment for our clients and be accountable that the order is handled properly. When we order equipment, we do so with your account, your credit card, and all equipment is shipped to your office. When the equipment arrives, you notify us and we come out and install it.
