Depending on the numbers of computers to be maintained on a network, we setup monthly, bi-weekly, weekly onsite service schedules. |

Our baseline routine support schedule is a monthly half-day (4 hour) onsite visit to your office by your dedicated tech. Half of our time will be to work through our maintenance checklist on your server(s) and the other half of the time will be spent working through end user support issues such as: new user setups, email problems, printing problems or just general computer isssues. |

Because you will have a dedicated tech to your account making proactive routine service visits, your tech will know your network and staff inside and out. Your tech will always be able to quickly diagnose your problems with no ramp up time that comes from having multiple rotating techs through your office on a spradic basis. |
