Xerillion was established to provide high quality IT management and support services to Chicagoland small businesses who didn't need a full-time in-house IT department, but wanted the support level of an in-house IT department that could grow with the needs of their business.

We service hundreds of small businesses every month throughout the metro area.

Everyone in our company is full-time and we DO NOT hire contractors. Everyone on our team is a long-term resident of the Chicago area and we specifically look for people that have been long term in this area. We also work hard to create high quality job opportunties in our company that will keep our team around for the long term so our clients have a very consistent experience.

Critically important to the quality of our services are the IT consultants who are in the trenches taking care of your network. All of our IT consultants meet or exceed these credentials:

	Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: All of our technicians have passed all 7 of Microsoft's certification exams covering all aspects of computer networking.
	At least 6 years (average is 8) of experience working as a computer tech.
	Extremely clear communicators: we hire techs that are extremely articulate and know how when technical talk is appropriate and when it is just going to annoy people.
	Excellent Attitude and Character: We look for technicians who are eager to please, respectful of the intelligence of those that do not work on computers everday, and understand the value of customer service and long-term relationships. Our technicians are polite, hardworking and adapt to your way of doing things so that they can complement, rather than disrupt, your office.
	Professional appearance: maintaining a professional apperance helps maintain a professional attitude. All of our techs maintain a business casual dress code with logoed Xerillion shirts and khaki or dress slacks (no jeans or tennis shoes).
