Wayne Chapin founded Xerillion in 2002 to help small and mid-sized Chicago businesses who needed the advantages of a full-time IT support department at a fraction of the cost, or to help businesses that had inferior IT support.
Prior to Xerillion, Mr. Chapin worked as a network support engineer in Schaumburg and downtown Chicago, and then as a partner and consultant for the IT division of a north suburban accounting firm.
Wayne Chapin now focuses using great IT support practices to keep computer networks secure, allowing companies to drive productivity.
Our technicians are local Chicago area residents and full-time employees who pride themselves on not only designing and building the most efficient and secure computer networks, but also managing them.
