Now in 2018, our team here at Xerillion has been using the Microsoft Phone System heavily for the last 9 months. Without a doubt, this has been the best decision for our company. Our call quality is OUTSTANDING and it doesn't matter if we're in our office or working from home. The flexibility for our employees has been a HUGE morale and productivity booster. Looking forward, Microsoft will be rolling out updates to make this phone system even better by adding features to better the experience. Part of these changes will include moving the phone system off of Skype for Business and over to Microsoft Teams.
