Ala discusses using Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3 for traditional end-users, and Microsoft 365 F1 for their front line and field teams. He also talks about using Skype for Business to communicate across the United States with his team, and various other teams. Additionally, Ala talks about how they migrated to the Microsoft Phone System.
