Managed Services

Microsoft 365 doesn't manage itself. We do.

After we put your Microsoft 365 system in, we manage it: watching the alerts, fixing what we find, reviewing the whole system every month with an AI agent, and supporting your users. Fully managed, or co-managed with your IT team.

The Situation

A Microsoft 365 and Azure environment throws off hundreds of alerts a month: security alerts, notices that systems are being changed or shut down, and security updates that have to be administered through Intune to your computers and your Azure servers. Somebody has to look at all of it, sift what's noise from what's real, keep watching the secure score and the vulnerability score, and keep reviewing system settings. Dashboards are never green across the board, and alerts that just email you are noise.

Most internal IT departments don't get to put these systems in over and over, so they don't have the experience to support the back end, or a connection to Microsoft like ours. We put them in all the time, all year, and we stay close to Microsoft so your technology keeps pace with it.

Here's what we do. We become your IT department, or part of the one you have.

  • Fully managed: your users call us. We handle onboarding and offboarding, provisioning their computers, whether physical or Windows 365, your phone system, and the whole back end of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Co-managed: we support your IT team with the back end, monitoring and maintaining those systems while they manage everything else, and we back them up when they're on vacation or not available.

Every month, a Copilot agent reviews your system the way a senior project engineer would. It was built and defined by our most senior engineers. It catches unexpected changes, including ones other people made that were meant to be temporary, flags licenses nobody is using, and finds upcoming change notices. Then it creates tickets for our team, an executive report for you, and a report for our monthly account meeting. We fix what comes up through the month and what the review finds.

When someone joins, a ticketed checklist sets them up with exactly the apps and access they need, no more and no less, plus orientation to get them productive fast. When someone leaves, a checklist shuts off access completely and makes sure no company data leaves on a personal device.

And here's the bigger picture: the system keeps getting updated as Microsoft's technology changes, from servers to the cloud to AI. Whatever comes next, you have a partner to work with you.

What We Watch

So you don't have to.

  • Security alerts, sorted into noise and what's real.
  • Planned change notifications.
  • Ongoing security updates, including those that also require configuration changes on your client computers.
  • Changes to your secure score and vulnerability score.
  • Changes made internally by your company, or changes from the original configuration that were meant to be temporary but never got moved back.
  • Alerts for insider threats with Purview.
  • Your phone system.
  • Your AI agents: what data goes through them, who's using them, and how they perform.
