We only sell, integrate, manage, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure, built the way Microsoft designed them: one integrated system, one identity, one security model, ready for AI.
There are thousands of IT companies and MSPs. Years ago, someone at a business gathering asked what I did, and I told him I owned an IT services company. He said, "There are a lot of you guys out there." I was annoyed, but he wasn't wrong.
Most IT companies parachute into an environment that's been assembled over twenty years by five different IT managers, each adding their own products and their own way of doing things. A file server from one vendor, a firewall from another, a separate phone system, separate security products, a VPN, separate device management, a separate AI system, all kept connected and running inside someone's head.
Here's what we do. We only sell, integrate, manage, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure, and we only support the systems we build and the Microsoft licenses we sell. Highly experienced, properly certified project engineers, who've been with us a long time, build it the way Microsoft designed it. Email and files are in Microsoft 365, meetings, chats, and phones in Teams, and one identity in Entra ID works for everything, including third-party apps. Computers are managed through Intune and Windows Autopilot, virtual desktops run in Windows 365, security comes from Defender XDR, and AI comes from Copilot. Anything that can't move, like a desktop business application on a SQL Server, goes into an Azure virtual network, securely connected with Entra Private Access.
We build the security around the identities, the devices, and the data, not around the office. Entra ID controls who gets in. Intune and Defender secure the devices, and Defender XDR correlates threats across everything. Conditional access blocks risky behavior, and Purview protects sensitive information. It works the same at their desk as from a hotel halfway across the country.
Once we build it, we manage it. Most of our clients have internal IT people. But a migration to Microsoft 365 happens once in a company's lifetime, so internal IT can't get the experience of doing it over and over, or of maintaining it. I know, because I was an internal IT manager for the first three years of my career. We work behind them, finding the alerts that matter, investigating them, and handling the fixes. If something needs Microsoft, we're a direct partner, so the support chain is you, Xerillion, Microsoft. If you don't have an IT department, we provide the helpdesk too.
And here's the bigger picture: when your email, files, Teams chats, and transcribed meetings are already in Microsoft 365, Copilot can work across all of it. Copilot isn't a language model. It's an interface to ChatGPT or Claude, your choice, and your data stays inside Microsoft 365. Copilot never trains on your data. You stop searching your IT system, and start having a conversation with it. You get answers instead of search results.

Xerillion isn't for everybody. If you like having a bunch of third-party systems to slice and dice to reduce vendor risk, we aren't the right fit. I consider that approach riskier, less secure, less scalable, and more headaches.

We're a direct Microsoft cloud partner, with designations in Microsoft 365 productivity, Microsoft 365 security, Azure infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 support. We earn them every year, in a rolling 12-month window, based on our Microsoft cloud sales, how deeply our clients use the licenses we sell them, how many certified techs we have with current certifications, and how satisfied our clients are. Microsoft tracks those monthly.
You have to be invited into the program by earning your way in, and we pay a large support fee each year for the access. About once a week, we work a deep technical matter directly with Microsoft for a client. The support chain is you, Xerillion, Microsoft.
We work with private companies of 30 to 200 users in the United States and Canada.
“I found Wayne Chapin's videos on YouTube showing how to effectively use Microsoft cloud solutions in a way that perfectly solved our problems... Now we have our data stored on the cloud where it is confidently secured, restorable, and allows us to collaborate in a way that works for everyone.”
— Greg Davis, President & CEO, Avdoxa AVL Design Experience Group“We're confident in the security, comfortable with the technology, and grateful to have a partner we trust... moving to the Microsoft cloud with Xerillion shifted us from feeling like we were on our own to feeling fully supported.”
