I spoke to Wayne Chapin over the phone and he really understood our challenges and, after a face-to-face meeting, he made us very comfortable and confident about moving forward with them. This was a not an easy decision for us, but we are very happy we made the move to Xerillion. Our overall costs for IT have gone down significantly. We are experiencing less downtime. Most of all, we have grown to be comfortable knowing that when issues arise, they will be resolved quickly and honestly.
